This is a weekend workshop offering morning and afternoon sessions. We will be exploring different aspects of throwing, with demonstrations and practice, including time for reflection and sharing. Whilst developing our skills we will also become aware of our bodies and minds. The aim of this workshop is to encourage making with attention, care and courage.
