This will be a weekend workshop offering morning and afternoon sessions. We will be exploring different aspects of throwing with demonstrations and practice, including time for reflection and sharing. Whilst developing our skills we will also practise being aware of our bodies and minds. The aim of this workshop will be to encourage making with attention, care and courage.
